Business Objective

Expand operations with the addition of 2production lines. The client needed to meetsafety and environmental standards with aseparate fire suppression containment system fortoxic chemicals.

The entire project was conceptual whichincreased project budget by 71.4% with multipledrawing revisions. The project plan became thecharter to keep the project on track.

Notably, there was also a tight deadline to matchthe global marketing team’s deadline for a newproduct release that represented multi-milliondollar revenue for the client. The project wasdelivered within one week of the global deadline.
